    Dean's was recently presented with the prestigious Toshiba ProMasters Award.

    ProMasters is only given to an office equipment dealer that meets and exceeds the highest standards in service response time, first call effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.  Dean's ranks in the top 5th percentile of Toshiba dealerships in the United States in these areas and is the first company in the Carolina's to receive the award.  Owner, Steve Cobb, and service manager, Brian Jobe, visited Las Vegas to receive the honors.

    Dean's Office Machines is proud to be a presenter at the 55th Annual Carolina's Association of Government Purchasers Conference being held in Winston-Salem on March 1st 2011. 

    This show includes an impressive array of workshops that include sessions on Formal, Informal bid, and Construction contract requirements also with Legislative updates from Eileen Youens, tips on NC Economic Forecast, what's next with Karl Smith, Purchasing and the budget, public records and Contract Management by Frayda Bluestein, and many other issues that public procurement professionals face each day.  The conference is an excellent opportunity to network with peers and colleagues in the profession.

Dean's Office Machines firmly believes that the quality of service is only as good as those who provide it. Our service team has the training and technical skills to provide our customers with the best customer service in the Triad area.  Each of Dean's technicans typically service 4 to 6 machines daily which allows them to commit the time and resources to be able to get the job done right the first time. Service is the key to our success.

Training and Certifications

Training is a vital part of our service department. Our entire staff of service professionals is equipped with technical training and certification from the manufacturer. Dean's also has an in-house IT staff with the technical expertise to make sure your printer software is working just as good as the hardware.  Our technical staff is equipped with all the resources to quickly repair your equipment the first time and reduce your down time.

Response

Dean's Office Machines prides itself in our rapid response to requests for service. We provide a 4 hour response time guarantee. The process begins with talking to a live customer service representative that may be able to fix your problem over the phone. If there is no fix over the phone a service call is placed immediately into our computerized dispatching system. A service professional is then notified with the details of the service call and dispatched to your location.
