    Dean's Office Machines has been invited by Elon University to demonstrate their "Green Initiatives" in the office equipment and printing industry.  Dean's has been a leader in introducing new energy star compliant equipment and eco-friendly product lines.  From implementing new toner recycling procedures to selling equipment made from 100% recycled material, Dean's is doing their part to protect the environment. 

    According to Danny Cobb, Area Manager for Alamance County with Dean's, "We are getting extremely positive feedback from our customers with our new toner recyling program.  At no cost to the end user we have been able to collect and return many used toner cartridges.  Instead of ending up in a landfill these cartridges are being remanufactured and in some cases recycled into "eLumber" that is used in park benches, fences, furniture, planters, and much more."

Dean's Office Machines firmly believes that the quality of service is only as good as those who provide it. Our service team has the training and technical skills to provide our customers with the best customer service in the Triad area.  Each of Dean's technicans typically service 4 to 6 machines daily which allows them to commit the time and resources to be able to get the job done right the first time. Service is the key to our success.

Training is a vital part of our service department. Our entire staff of service professionals is equipped with technical training and certification from the manufacturer. Dean's also has an in-house IT staff with the technical expertise to make sure your printer software is working just as good as the hardware.  Our technical staff is equipped with all the resources to quickly repair your equipment the first time and reduce your down time.

Dean's Office Machines prides itself in our rapid response to requests for service. We provide a 4 hour response time guarantee. The process begins with talking to a live customer service representative that may be able to fix your problem over the phone. If there is no fix over the phone a service call is placed immediately into our computerized dispatching system. A service professional is then notified with the details of the service call and dispatched to your location.
