Each of Dean's technicans typically service 4 to 6 machines daily which allows them to commit the time and resources to be able to get the job done right the first time. Service is the key to our success.

Dean's also has an in-house IT staff with the technical expertise to make sure your printer software is working just as good as the hardware. Dean's Office Machines prides itself in our rapid response to requests for service. We provide a 4 hour response time guarantee. The process begins with talking to a live customer service representative that may be able to fix your problem over the phone. If there is no fix over the phone a service call is placed immediately into our computerized dispatching system. A service professional is then notified with the details of the service call and dispatched to your location.
