A Dean’s analyst will run printer monitoring software in order to create a report detailing different types of network output devices and also to gather print usage data. Once current print usage is determined Dean’s will produce your Executive Summary showing data such as your Current Cost per Print, Average Device Age, and Total Fleet Cost. Using your assessment Dean’s will create a customized Print Solution catered to the specific needs of your business. It is the goal of Dean’s to balance both value and service in order to deliver a solution with both improved cost and efficiency to the end user. Typically our Managed Print Services are delivered through an easy to understand Cost Per Click (CPC) agreement that includes Equipment, Toner, and Ongoing Service. Dean’s meets with Managed Print Services clients on regular intervals in order to deliver ongoing print assessments.
