Meter Reading

The following meter reading sheet is for all Dean’s customers under a maintenance agreement. Contact us if you have any questions concerning your meter, when to submit your reading, how to obtain readings, etc.

Tips for Obtaining Meter Readings:

Analog Copiers:

Toshiba
Most Toshiba’s have a meter box on the top of the unit.

Canon
Clamshell (Open cover as if to remove jam) machine and look inside front cover at bottom for meter box.

Digital Copiers:

Toshiba
If the meter box is not on top of the machine then follow these instructions: Press the Job Status button then Status on the screen. The meter will appear at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Canon
Press Counter Check on the top of the copier. The meter is listed as Total 1.
