We receive copiers from lease companies, customer trade-ins and customer upgrades on a regular basis. These machines are thoroughly inspected by factory-trained technicians and refurbished back to manufacturers’ specifications by our on-site service department. They are then available for sale, rental or lease.

The following selection of refurbished equipment is updated monthly and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Options may vary on each machine. Please check the list on a regular basis or call us for the most current list of equipment available. Refurbished equipment comes with a 30 warranty. Maintenance contracts are available on most refurbished copiers and facsimiles. Other equipment available on an “as-is” basis.

FAQ: How do I tell how fast a copier runs from just a model number?

You will notice that copier model numbers generally "tell" you the speed of the copier. If the model number starts with a 65 (Toshiba 6550), then you have a 65 copy-per-minute machine. If the model number starts with a 20 (Canon C200D), then you have a 20 copy-per-minute machine, etc.
