
Any customers that need assistance with their equipment
may contact us by e-mail, phone or fax. Customers with equipment
that is down, meaning not working at all, are advised to contact
us by phone immediately. Service calls are placed on a first come,
first serve basis.*
To place a service call by e-mail, fill out
the form below for each machine that requires service. (Customers
are advised that there may be a fee for the service call and parts,
if needed, on equipment no longer under a maintenance contract or
with expired warranty.)
*Exceptions are down equipment under contract. Those calls will
be prioritized accordingly.
